Great staff and very serene setting with all you could need

- big private pool and cabana. - very peaceful and serene resort.

- breakfast / lack of variety and breakfast quality below standard of 5star properties in Bali. - loud noise day and night from the nearby road. - resort rather old and villa facilities old-fashioned and a bit run-down. - location rather inconvenient.

Beautiful property with lovely pool pavilions. The food was good if a tad expensive. As each property had its own small pool most of the time I had the main pool to myself. I preferred the main pool as could actually have a swim. The staff were friendly and accommodating and really couldn’t do enough for you. My husband was ill for a little while and they were extremely helpful The app for room service and other requests was also very good and saved us having to go to reception or phone.and worked well given their command of English wasn’t great. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property as well as the Smart Tv and I was able to use Prime , Netflix etc although in the end didn’t watch anything. They provided Mosquito plug in and Repellent ( I brought my own ) and a Mosquito net. I react to Mosquito bites and I’m pleased to say I didn’t get bitten A bit out of the way but there is a shuttle service as and where you’d like to go locally.

The hotel could do with a little refurbishment. There was quite a bit of mould everywhere ( I know it’s tropical but for a 5 star hotel I would’ve thought there would be ongoing maintenance to keep that under control ) Our room although clean also had a lot of rust around the edges and mould and smelt a bit musty. Not enough plugs to be able to charge mobile phone etc. Nowhere to hang towels up after a shower. With signs talking about conservation of water and not changing towels daily this so something they need to consider. i thought the menu for Indonesian and Balinese Cuisine had very little choice. We love Asian food but their international menu was much better. Even though the staff were lovely their command of English was not great and they didn’t write down the orders so often as not we got the wrong thing at breakfast especially.

Beautiful property. Villas close to the road are loud unfortunately, however the staff was amazing in accommodating this. The villas themselves are beautiful, and the food great!

部屋が広々していて、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方々にも親切に対応していただきました。 宿泊者数が少ないので、ホテルのレストランのバリエーションやパブリックスペースは少ないですね。 部屋でゆっくりしたい方には合いますけど、広いホテルの庭を楽しみたいとか、メインプールを楽しみたい方は少し合わないかもしれません。
