Breakfast, quiet and friendly staff. Clean rooms

The carpets and hallways were dirty

Pretty and comfortable

The pool was surrounded so the sun had a hard time being over the pool!

Good location, close to UCSB and close to local coffee and restaurants.

Side entrances behind the building with no lighting at night. Stairway carpets worn and stained, in need of a refresh.

Nice and clean

The Asian lady at breakfast today as very rude to my wife when she asked for more Hershey syrup for my daughter. She took the syrup out, but didn’t give it to her until after she went back to get and refill the waffle batter first. Then she rudely told her to take the bottle to somewhere else to pour some. Such a weird interaction. She doesn’t seem very happy working in hospitality and should get more training working with customers. There’s no need to be rude at all when someone asks you nicely. There’s front desk staff who checked me in was wonderful though.

the staff tried to be helpful and were courteous. Not well trained but good hires. They tried

the floors are super thin and I couldn't sleep until the person above us stopped walking back and forth. Sounded like goosestepping. Also, the entrance consistently smelled of pot and there is a great deal of homeless camp crap by the creek off of the property.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Charging for parking in that area was ridiculous; and the pet fee of $75 was grossly excessive. While we otherwise liked our stay, those charges would lead me to pick another hotel next time.

Everything is so clean, neat.

I like everything.

So, Sorry The breakfast wasn't as good.

Better breakfast. White rice and some bacon.
