Struttura discreta, seppure un po' datata, alla periferia di Nancy, a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro. C'è parcheggio lungo la strada, ma è possibile anche usufruire del garage del residence. Le stanze sono tutte uguali, piccole e spartane, ma tutto sommato comode. La cucina è piccola, ma per preparare qualcosa di veloce può andare bene. I letti abbastanza comodi, così come il bagno. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

All'ingresso in stanza, ci ha accolto un ragno grosso come un gatto che zampettava sul letto. I corridoi hanno un odore di cibo nauseabondo, forse bisognerebbe migliorare l'aerazione. La notte c'è un po' di rumore, meglio portarsi dei tappi da casa.

Das sehr freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit, die sehr Nahe Lage zum Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe, Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhälnis.

Die Lüftung im Bad war defekt und der Abfluss roch etwas unangenehm. Allerdings war das insgesamt nicht so schlimm.
