Friendly, kind and helpful staff, great location, very clean, quiet and traditional style of accommodation.

Perfect location in Sanur, pool was lovely and the best Chinese restaurant next door…and I enjoy being in walking distance to activities and bars…

Locations. Great for the price

Well located in walking distance to the beach, naturally you can hear and see traffick passing the pool area, but nevertheless it's a good location. The nighttime is very nice,as the lights are dim, and the atmosphere of the place seems quite respectful amongst the guests also. People are there to relax and enjoy in a respectful and polite manner🩷 The best thing about my room, was the quality of the bed and the shower. The pool had a good size and several levels, quite warm- not sure if it's heated. The staff seemed nice and hardworking,was only there two days but that's my impression 🩷

After a very friendly communication on Booking, the greeting upon arrival was quite anticlimactic. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but it just wasn't friendly from the man behind the desk, and that completely surprised me. The woman working at the desk had a very friendly energy. At first glance the room looked as described both in words and photos, but; The "woodenfloor" was plastic linoleum,very sticky and so uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. It was not clean, and broken several places, The odour in the room was quite suffocating,the room is very dark,you must use electric light during the day,the bed linen smelled heavy of the wunderbaum you know from cars- so much so my hair and body had the intense smell after one nights sleep😔The room has gone through a makeover, but a very literal makeover, tapestry on top of old tapestry ect- so it all unfortunately comes across as dirt covered by paint, I'm sorry. It's fair to say I came from a longer journey of very basic rooms with clean tiles,fan,bed,kettle,fridge,huge windows,lots of light and air- so of course the contrast is vivid. But, don't write wooden floors,when in reality it's plastic. Be genuine. This was room 104, it turned out to be connected to room 105,so every word could be heard from next door. The Stana Puri Gopa seem to have more unfulfilled potential, it holds more beauty and spirit- than what I saw🙏🙏

Le personnel est très accueillant et à disposition pour tout si besoin. La chambre est magnifique et très propre avec une immense terrasse. Le lit à baldaquin avec le toit en pointe est parfait pour faire de beaux rêves. La piscine est très agréable et chaude. Malheureusement elle ferme déjà à 19h. Par contre il y a de bons cocktails disponibles au restaurant juste à côté pour siroter dans l’eau. Très proche du centre et de la plage. Buffet pour le petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel d’en face très bon. Merci encore pour tout!

Si vous souhaitez prendre un bain, il n’y a pas assez d’eau chaude pour remplir la baignoire. Hélas la plage et la mer sont très sales, il y a des déchets et du plastique. Mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, ils étaient même étonnés de l’état de la plage.
