"Overall um boa experiência em Vilamoura"

O quarto era muito espaçoso e com uma Enorme varanda com espreguiçadeiras.

O colchão do sofá cama era terrível, demasiado fino. A minha filha dormiu atravessada para não sentir as molas. Eu não teria conseguido dormir ali. O quarto estava gelado, pois o AC tinha uma Falha que levou 3 idas do técnico a resolver. Para um 5 estrelas há detalhes que devem ser pensados: 3 pax 2roupões e 2 chinelos, tive que pedir ao housekeeping amenity kit com algodão pois não estava disponível desde logo.

Tolles Morgenbuffet, Mitarbeiter meistens sehr freundlich, sauber, gute Matratze.

Leider war es in den Gängen, Restaurant und Lobby viel zu kalt. Im November sind keine Klimaanlagen nötig

Excellent breakfast and rooms.

The driver of courtesy bus (the larger one) always asking for tips, even after he has been tipped! We ended up taking Ubers to avoid him.
