Sehr gute und kostengünstige alternative zu Angeboten in Österreich. Schön ausgestattete Superior Zimmer. Zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Wunderbare Massagen in einem wünderschön ausgestatteten SPA Bereich.

Leider war das Außenpool noch nicht offen, somit mussten wir immer rein gehen zum schwimmen. Aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen garantiert wieder.

На 5 * совершенно не тянет.Явно устаревший отель,мебель и номера старые.Плохо убирают номера..плюс отеля : наличие бассейна,небольшая вечерняя программа для детей, рядом подъемник.

ottima posizione e servizi

The hotel was very quiet with few guests. There was a bar which seemed to have been blocked off and small seating areas. Some huge empty very formal dining areas. Very grand entrance lobby. Breakfast was the usual selection you'd expect but no tea/coffee facilities in a "5 star" hotel....really. Wifi worked well in the room and was free. The pool/spa area looked nice but I didn't try it.

Ho soggiornato 2 giorni con la mia famiglia quest'estate. La scelta è ricaduta su questo hotel per la presenza di un centro benessere con piscine coperte e scoperte e un prezzo strepitoso, visto il 5*. Non nuovissimo ma ben tenuto. Servizio del personale perfetto, posteggiatore all'ingresso compreso. Disponibilissimi ad aiutarmi ai pasti della mia bimba di 8 mesi. Camera molto grande e confortevole con salottino, cabina armadio e bagno ben sopra la media (circa una 50ina di mq standard). 10€ al giorno in più per il lettino baby in camera. Perfette e ben tenute le piscine con baby sitter per i più grandicelli. Nessun problema per l'accesso con la mia piccolina (con apposito pannolino). Le camere sono dotate di accappatoio e ciabattine con cui recarsi direttamente dalle camere alle piscine. Kit igienici di cortesia molto completi. All'arrivo ho chiesto l'upgrade per una mezza pensione con 20 €/persona in più al giorno senza problemi per una cena e colazione sempre a buffet. Buona qualità e varia nella scelta, non forse a livelli di un 5*. C'è però un altro ristorante alla carta in cui non ho mangiato, dove forse il livello è superiore. Wifi free perfetta Consigliatissimo
