Rocabella Mykonos Hotel

The property was only a 10 minute taxi away from the main town which we found handy. The pool had beautiful views of the caldera and the hotel kept a clean and calm vibe.

We left a bad review after having a disappointing stay at this hotel for many reasons and the hotels response was to bribe us with a partial refund or complimentary stay if we removed our review which we found was very very dishonest and secretive. My partner tried to use the spa facilities but was immediately told that he wasn’t allowed to use them even though we had paid for the room which had it included. They didn’t ask for the room number or anything but simply looked at him and assumed he wasn’t allowed to be there which is disappointing. The food was below average especially for the price you pay and don’t even think about ordering room service as they add a whopping €15 room service fee even though the rooms are all a 5 minute walk away from the main restaurant. We had a very poor nights sleep on the first night as the air conditioning was left on a timer setting which kept turning off which should have been fixed before our arrival. Also do not forget to log off of any streaming accounts because when we tried to watch Netflix it was still logged into the previous guests account which is shocking as it should be something the staff checks before any new guests come. All I can say is yes it’s pretty but 100% not worth it for a luxury rate.

We booked the villa for a family of 4. It’s a beautiful villa . The view is amazing and it’s such a quiet hotel so if you like some peace and quiet you will enjoy this hotel . Staff were all nice and the concierge was the best !

During breakfast , staff were a bit slow but overall they were polite . Its also a bit far from old town so you need a car and it’s far away from cafes and restaurants . Hotel menu needs some updating especially with lunch and dinner options .

The view is breathtaking, and the vibe is pure bliss. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding — the rooms were cleaned thoroughly twice a day, and fresh towels were always provided. The housekeeping team was extremely professional and attentive. All the staff members were genuinely friendly, always smiling, and radiated positive energy, making the atmosphere feel light, happy, and relaxed. Their hospitality was exceptional. We had an unforgettable experience during our stay at this hotel, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more. Barbara was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Always smiling. Even the toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, were high-end and luxurious, which shows how much attention is paid to every little detail. What touched us the most was how the management surprised us by upgrading our room as soon as they learned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was such a meaningful gesture that made our stay extra special and deeply memorable. We’re incredibly grateful for that. The design and ambiance of the hotel feel like a professional photoshoot location — every corner is elegant, aesthetic, and picture-perfect. Bring plenty of outfits, because you’ll want to take lots of photos in this stunning setting. We are beyond satisfied with our choice and are already planning to come back very soon.

The views were amazing. It is located away from the main town. It is necessary to have transportation, although the hotel arranges for transfers back-and-forth as needed. staff is excellent and responsive.

An absolutely amazing stay! The staff was very nice, they even upgraded our room, and everything was just perfect! The view..the room..the staff..the food..the pool...perfect! Also very close to Mykonos centre!
