"Don't miss this inn!"

Hotel was amazing. Giant rooms vaulted wood ceilings and separate living sleeping areas. Boutique hotel in a renovated milk factory. Decor was modern and clean. Breakfast was served to your room daily. The best croissants I've ever had! Easy 8 minute walk to the falls and plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby

Second time staying here, absolutely ADORE this place. Everything is perfect. We had the jacuzzi room this time and it was amazing, the breakfast in bed is phenomenal. Best yogurt and croissants ever! The restaurant was also so good, farm to table, everything is made local including basil infused vodka and homemade basil sugar. Also it’s a 5 minute walk from the main strip and less than 1km from the falls! Will be back for sure 😍

Good location , friendly customer service. We initially were disappointed with the room and bed but they rectified the situation with a free upgrade to a better room! Great service and spa, would stay again

We had the most lovely stay! Our room was massive, we had a jacuzzi tub, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast in bed was such a nice touch. It’s so close to Clifton Hills, less than a 10 minute walk to the Falls. We’d definitely stay here again! We did have some minor suggestions, not enough to dock a point but worth considering: 1) No microwaves … there’s a sink and fridge but it’d be helpful to have somewhere to warm up food. 2) There are two televisions but you can’t stream/cast on either of them. Upscale hotels such as this one offer it as a service and it makes sense to adopt it as that’s where the future is headed anyway. We wanted to unwind with a movie but didn’t bring a laptop/hdmi. 3) The throw pillows could be updated, they’re pilling and look old, and do a disservice to the nice bed. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thanks!
