I think CC Beach Front Papagayo resort is a gem. Staff are wonderful, polite and very customer service oriented. Daniela, Chef Cristian, Kendy, Jimena, Charo, Gabriela, and Victoria are outstanding. The tropical forest between the resort and the beach is a real treat with trail and a canopy. The beach is out of this world with still water and ver gentle waves.

I loved this property and would definitely stay again if I visit this part of Costa Rica. The buffet menu changed every day so you could try different dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The restaurant had a set menu but the options were delicious. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, there’s A LOT of wildlife. In terms of entertainment on property (I stayed during the off season) there’s two pools that play music, a gym, a game room/volleyball net, and a pool table in the lobby. I would recommend booking an excursion for at least one of the days you’re there which can be done by AMSTAR who’s on the property or on the beach with another company.

We traveled with our two young children (ages 3 and 8) and had a wonderful stay at CC Beach Front. The food was excellent, and while the rooms were a bit dated, they were very clean. The staff went above and beyond to help whenever we needed anything. Our kids loved spotting the many iguanas and crabs around the property. The only downside was that the crabs would gather around the pool the moment the sun set, and because it’s not well-lit at night, it was hard to see them—so our kids chose not to swim after dark out of concern about getting nipped. I really appreciate how the hotel has incorporated nature into its design, and we will definitely be returning

From the minute we got to the resort to the minute we left, it was all wonderful. The entire staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of options to choose from. Our favorite part was how easy and close the beach was.
