Grace Mykonos

We had very high expectations about this hotel but left with mixed feelings.. the room had an amazing view but it was super small (I guess we were not lucky). The pool is ok, but not great and the area to stay is not too big either (not many sun beds). Given the offer in the island I would pick a different place next time.

I'm a travel writer so I've been to my fair share of hotels. I read the most incredible reviews about Grace Mykonos and the pictures looked beautiful, so I booked it. It was the worst hotel experience of my life: - the rooms are basic and quite noisy - they charge you a euro per small bottle of water - of course this is fine when you're eating at a restaurant, but to be charged for bottled water at your hotel, when tap water is supposedly unsafe to drink is absurd - apparently there's a new law that housekeeping can only clean the room every other day due to COVID, something they inform you about after check-in, however this didn't bother me. What bothered me was that the day housekeeping was supposed to clean, I had to call them 3 times before they actually showed up, and that was at 2pm - I noticed a dead fly on the floor of my room - just a general feeling of being ripped off. This experience at Grace completely put a damper on our time in Mykonos. So much so that we had to move hotels to Mykonos No5, which is an incredible hotel. Overall, Grace makes itself out to be a luxury hotel, when in reality, it deserves a 3 star status at the very most. Please be warned, do not stay here.

Very nice boutique hotel, good service, friendly staff. We stayed with a 2yr old and - even if the property is more suitable for adults - they made us feel welcome and accommodated our needs. Free shuttle service to Mykonos town in the evening. Nice quiet beach in front of the hotel with a couple of tavernas.

Grace Mykonos is a very well run boutique hotel in Ágio Stefanos with a beautiful view of the sea and Mykonos Town (Chora). The staff both at reception and at the pool restaurant where breakfast is served, are all extremely professional, gentle and make you feel at home! The room I have stayed it was somehow small (luxury double room) , although it had a small balcony with a beautiful sea view! The other junior and master suites some with plunge pool are large room with terraces and plunge pools! The Hotel concierge is very helpful and organizes restaurants and beach clubs reservations or request and gives great recommendations! Dimitris the Manager of the restaurant/pool bar is a star......always with a big smile and runs the place flawlessly!

It’s a beautiful and relaxing location that is very clean and the staff followed all precautions. The location was very close to the ferry terminal but far enough to have a beautiful view and quiet relaxing stay. We felt at home each morning with our coffee ready and recommendations for the day by the staff. Highly recommended

The hotel was in a convenient location right next to a beach and an easy ride to the downtown area. The staff were very accommodating, we were 20 minutes late for breakfast and they reset everything for us and served us a full breakfast without hesitation. The breakfast was amazing on top of it!

Incredibly small room and balconies. They are impossible to utilize and absolutely ridiculously close to the other rooms. I imagine we were staying in the worst part of the hotel. We looked into the staff rooms open doors.. staff sleeping on double bunk beds and cloths hanging everywhere. This is not my idea of a luxury hotel. Personal tries hard. I picked this hotel because of the consistency of good reviews. I am a bit confused....

The attention and services at Grace Mykonos were excellent and higher than our expectations! Juliette, the Concierge, was amazing throughout our stay. They welcomed us with champagne and home made chocolates ! Our rooms had the most amazing views of the sea and town. The breakfast was unique in its presentation and flavors....The restaurant staff went out of their way in their treatment and service. By far, one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at and conveniently located near the town and beaches. Even the General Manager Panos was always available to check up daily on our stay. Truly a one of a kind boutique hotel! We traveled with our family of 6 and will always have a great memory of Grace Mykonos. Will be back!
