Main meals were fantastic. There was constantly food coming out fresh. The staff were happy to help, even with 40oC outside. Positive and smiley and always offering more than average. Compared to the lunch and the diner, breakfast was average. There was everything you need for the morning, in terms of antipasti, yogurts and eggs. The variety of eggs wasn't quite there, as all soft boiled and hard boiled was the same. However the bread, fruit and veg was very fresh and there was a lot to choose from. There was a lot of entertainment for all ages. Children, and adult shows. We didn't want to leave the hotel. Everything we needed was there, and there was also a mini market attached to hotel. Pool was clean and well maintained daily. I even noticed staff checking for the chemicals levels. Honestly one of the best stays we had as a family in a long time, in the heart of Ayia Napa. Our apt had a perfect location right in front of the beach, just a couple of steps to the pool.

Clients' behaviour, pool regulations didnt apploed and room quality for 4 stars hotels was not obviously there....cost was not referred to what we got.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The large swimming pool and the direct access to a beautiful beach, perfect for snorkeling, made the experience truly special. The property is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The dining room offers excellent food, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly attitude towards Israeli guests. The staff also showed great consideration for specific culinary needs, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a highly recommended experience!

When we arrived, the front desk initially charged us for two rooms and then told us we were “upgraded” to half-board, asking us to “do them a favor” by spending the first night in another hotel as they were fully booked. When I refused, another staff member offered to refund us, warning that finding another hotel would be impossible due to the bank holiday. The manager then suggested moving us entirely to a different hotel, while assuring us we’d receive all-inclusive bracelets as compensation. Hours later, plans changed again: we were given one room at check-in and told the second would only be available after 7 PM. The promised all-inclusive bracelets were taken back the next day, claiming they were conditional on our cooperation while other families with similar bookings were accommodated without issue. Staff explained this was because we booked through Booking.com and not directly. Eventually, the hotel agreed to let us keep the all-inclusive bracelets until the end of our stay, which was a nice gesture and a meaningful benefit—but overall, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.
