Ubicación. El servicio excepcional del Botonero Fabio, el único en el hotel durante mi estancia que fue súper amable, agradable y con buena disposición siempre en ayudar.

La atención del personal en recepción, son poco corteses y empaticos. Aparte que se aprovecharon de mi desconocimiento del cambio de dólar a reales y me cobraron de más y cuando fui a reclamar simplemente me dijeron que no sabían nada y fueron $125 dólares de más que me cobraron y nadie quiso darme información.
