"Would have been better without the road noise"

I stayed in a king suite with a sofa. The room was very spacious and functional. There was plenty of lighting and the living area was partially divided from the bedroom area. I really liked having a refrigerator and microwave. There were a few things, however, that needed improvement. The mattress was rather soft and probably needs replaced. Also, my room was facing the highway and I could hear lots of road noise. So much so that I checked my window, because I thought it was partially open. The windows are obviously not as sound resistant as in other hotels that I have stayed. The morning breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

"Spring Hill Suites has turned into a ripoff!"

I have stayed at this location for several years, at this same time frame, and although the people are nice there, it is not worth the price. If it is considered a 3 star hotel, it should be a 2 star. Price is never the same as you booked, different price for every night, always have an excuse of something like Rodeo in town, etc. Was charged from $150 to $180 a night because I stayed thru the weekend! Paint peeling, furniture scratched up, etc. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Stayed there last week, 4 nights cost me $750!
