"We had a great time in a nice clean hotel with friendly staff and a great swimming pool."

The breakfast was great. I had a waffle and syrup. I had scrambled eggs and a meat patty. I had yogurt and a banana. I had decaf tea and fruit juice. I was there for two days. We put tables together and ten of us ate together in the dining room after a wedding. We had TV to catch the weather reports. The swimming pool was great. We are 82 and 83, and we had a handicapped room that was great. We were on the first floor, and we had handicapped parking, which was great. The cart was great for loading and unloading the suitcases. The staff was wonderful.

I loved the pool, but you could also have a hot tub. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended.

"Painful to say the least"

I fell in the shower due to soap leaking from their bottles stored upside down on the shower wall. I didn't notice it and slipped when I got in the shower. The staff at the hotel totally disregarding my complaint and didn't even acknowledge it at checkout. I called the next day after being treated in the ER for bruised (not broken-thankfully) ribs and shoulder. I was never offered even just a refund for the room. Their insurance claims department have been rude and the agent even raised his voice at me on the phone because the information was confusing the way he worded it. It has been a month (August 10) and I have not gotten any resolution. I would not recommend staying at a comfort INN especially this one.

Cost was good and the GM who is helping process refund is nice.

Blood stain on comforter, staff couldn't get me more than just a thin bed sheet as a replacement in a very cold hotel room.

"Overpriced"

We checked out early and skipped breakfast because we were not happy with our experience.

Overwhelming smell of chlorine when entering lobby. People ran up and down halls banging on our door late at night waking us up. Staff didn’t take care of it. We had to.
