This is a terrible hotel. The clerk who greeted me was very nice. It's not her fault that the facilities are old and tired and dingy. The cost of the room was very high considering the quality. I expected much more from a Best Western Plus. I would never, ever stay again.

Lobby is decorated so nice! Staff very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!
We had one of the suits with the large jetted tub the jetted tub did not work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the fireplace did not work. The bedspread felt like a plastic tablecloth.
