Falta total de treinamento do staff. Falta de educação e de respeito da pessoa que nos atendeu na chegada e que estava presente no local na parte da tarde.

Everything went so much better than planned. I was expecting an average room but was surprised to find a room that was extremely comfortable, clean with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the coffee and tea was nice and the breakfast was hot and tasty. Everything was better than I imagined. I have stayed at this property many times over the last 35 years and this was the best stay.
