You can tell this place is recently new or has been recently remodeled, it is gorgeous! Care was taken to select beautiful matching decor. Everything was very clean. No mold, no rust, no dirt in the corners, no wrinkled bed linens, no dust, the lights all worked and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. It was wonderful! Oops! They missed one thing..a welcome bag for being Wyndham Rewards diamond members. While we have been traveling we have stayed in 9 La Quintas. This was the absolute best. It is a model for all La Quintas on decorating, upkeep and friendliness.

"Nice place in Granbury"

Nice looking property. They did have a very good breakfast. Front desk could be a little more attuned to customer service but overall the stay was nice. Bed and pillows were nice, we did have a problem with the thermostat however, but would not hesitate to stay there again.

"Definitely not a place I will return!"

The size of the room and the bed mattress was comfortable.

I arrived to a hotel that had no hot water for two days, dirty lumpy debris left in the bathtub, no discounts for military, the TV was very difficult to change channels, adjust the volume, as well as to locate anything to watch. I asked for the door to be reprogrammed/additional key and it was an ordeal. It had to be reprogrammed over three separate times and it still didn’t work. There were two people smoking marijuana in the back of the hotel, which made it uncomfortable when arriving departing.

"No hot water!!!"

Everything seemed to be fine until we came back to our room from dinner and discovered there was no hot water in the building and would not be any until sometime the following day. We were not informed of the problem until we asked about it, even though we spoke to the desk clerk on the way in. The hotel refused to compensate us in anyway because we booked through hotels.com I contacted customer service at hotels.com and explained the hot water situation, and wanted payment stopped. I was told the itinerary had not been processed through the system yet and there was nothing they could do. The following day I received an email saying hotels.com contacted the hotel and my booking reservation was processed. Apparently, the issue of no hot water was never discussed. I am extremely disappointed in the management at this hotel and with the inability of hotels.com to resolve issues such as this. It seems that using hotels.com removes your rights as a customer.

"Amazing hotel experiene"

Great customer service from Shannon S. She greeted me upon check in and welcomed me as a valued reward member. She was friendly, enthusiastic and detail oriented as well as very helpful. I will definitely stay at the hotel again. The amenities were great and the hotel was very clean and organized.
