Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival. Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by their parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Cleaning service in the apartments is not available on Sundays. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.
