Cleanliness. Recently renovated. Size. Location. Mini kitchen well stocked. Appreciated beach towels.

Room 201 under stairs to second floor so noisy. Noisy in general as nearby room tvs and conversations were loud. Shower set up weird with flooding into at least half of bathroom floor. Even after using squeeze need a full bath towel placed on the floor. Real slip and fall concerns.

The outer steps to get into the room. I’m having hip surgery in 2 wks & avoid stairs these days. More pain! Also a. small broken bar of soap was less than ideal - made me feel needy.

This hotel is the hidden gem. Our 2nd time here. It's nice to see that many rooms has been upgraded. We came here before hurricane Ian once. Nice clean suite. Comfy bed. 2 minutes walking from the beachfront. We chose this place again because, it's 3 miles away from downtown. After we went out to Downtown where we enjoyed the wonderful meals, entertainment, and mesmerizing sunset. It's nice to go back to the quiet part of Fort Myers Beach, where we can have uninterrupted sleep. Up at 6am. Rushed to the Beach for beautiful sunrise. Then, taking walk to Bad ass coffee shop. About a mile from hotel. All and all, wonderful experience. We we definitely coming back.

Freshly renovated, cute retro decorations. Queen bed was very comfortable and we loved having a kitchenette. Quiet street, away from the downtown activity, close to beach.

Closest restaurant was about 1 mile away, but we walked or drove so it wasn’t too bad
