Oferta na blokingu nie jest zgodna z faktycznym stanem pokoi. Prośba o łóżko podwójne potwierdzona przez hotel kolejny raz okazuje się nieprawdziwa i w pokoju są połączone dwa łóżka z rozjeżdżającymi się materacami. To jest celowe działanie i wprowadzanie klienta w błąd
