El personal es amable, hay buena conexión de wifi en el hotel y mantienen las instalaciones limpias; no lo recomendaría como un hotel de descanso, pero si vas solo una noche a Xalapa no está mal. El hotel cuenta con alberca, pero no está climatizada.
