Buena atención en check in, nos dieron tiempo de salir con calma para el check out . El desayuno muy bueno. Limpieza regular , algunas sabanas un poco manchadas pero no olían usadas ni nada de eso.

Había mucho ruido, por la noche pusieron música y no se podía dormir aparte de los gritos de una pareja y a las 6 am empezaron a poner todo lo del restaurante y música, no pude descansar

Siempre es un gusto estar en el hotel el personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades del huésped, en el restaurante la comida muy rica y la atención impecable, las habitaciones cómodas, cama y almohadas siempre me permiten sueño reparador. Por negocios o placer siempre la mejor opción paga estar en Xalapa.

Nos hospedamos alli por estar cerca de CAXA y nos sorprendimos por la limpieza, lo espacioso de la habitación y a un excelente precio, bastante economico para lo que ofrecen, muy recomendable.

El trato y la atención del personal es excelente. Se disfruta la estancia desde quedarse y recibir servicio a la habitación, hasta pasar por el bar, el restaurante, y nadar en la alberca. Un hotel hermoso y confortable.
