Su Nido Inn

I loved everything about the property. The location is spectacular only two blocks from downtown. They give you an opportunity to use the pool and spa at their sister property not too far away. Every amenity has been placed perfectly inside of the unit and the design and layout is spectacular. We loved it we felt at home. We have fallen in love with this beautiful property and will be back again.

There was not a single thing that we didn’t like about the property. We’ve traveled all over the world and I could not find anything that I did not like.

The location was great. The room and courtyard were beautiful and cozy. It was private and quiet. The office fellow was helpful and friendly😊

The bed was very hard and high up because of extra foam on top of the mattress. The coffee pods were mostly decaf and not enough coffee mate for 2 mornings🥲

Very spacious room with a living area, large bedroom, full bath with tub, and a kitchenette. Very quiet and private and good blackout curtains so we were able to sleep in. Just a few blocks from the Main Street in Ojai with lots of restaurants, shops, close by.

Unbeatable location walking distance to downtown. Super comfortable bed and very clean. Dedicated parking lot. Appreciated the living room and kitchen. Access to pool at sister hotel Casa Ojai was a bonus!

Very minor but with only having cleaning every 3 days would have been nice to have access to a larger trash can on property somewhere.

Bed and pull out bed aren't very comfortable. Especially the pilot bed

The beds

Location is great, nice to have the bikes. The supplies were stocked on request. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. . I had some guests pop in and they gave us extra coffee and cups to use. Nice having the courtyard.

Wish the bedroom had a mirror. There was no full length mirror.

The courtyard is very cool and peaceful. The Inn is located just a couple of blocks from downtown with many restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops etc. Nice to have parking on the spot, too.

It would have been nice if there had been someone at reception all day. The person who was there when she was there was very helpful, but most of the time there was no one. We had information via email on what to do if no-one was at reception, but still, it would have been nice to have someone there.
