Santi Mandala Villa & Spa

Enjoyed my stay overall. The staffs are super friendly and always respond quickly. The staffs in the restaurant performed magic at dinner one night which was very entertaining. There are also some engineers onsite to fix different issues. The room was spacious. The light control in the bed is a thoughtful design. The only issue I had was the internet connection. Some places do not have wifi signal or not strong enough to keep my phone connected (e.g. the balcony and bathroom in my room). The internet in the whole resort could be off for some time each day (ranging from a few minutes to several hours during my stay). But this is not a big problem if you don’t want to be online all the time.

The staff was great, the room (villa) was perfect so I recommend the stay to everyone!

Absolutely stunning property, staff spoilt us and catered to our every need, food is amazing - second time staying here and will be back again. A place to truely relax and rejuvenate. Totally recommend!

Location and tourist friendly

Food always has lemon grass ingredients which empowers the tastiness.

Lovely rooms enjoyed feeding the fish off our deck that overlooked the pond. Staff very accommodating with organising drinks and snack in room for late arrival. Very clean premises and extra care spraying so no bugs around. Beds were a little hard but that would be only issue.

Fantastic resort in an authentic Balinese setting. Quiet and relaxing, safe. Easy access to Ubud. Great service and food.

Nice property with view to rice fields, awesome view of sunrise from property. Difficulty and steep walking to property. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
