The only thing I didn’t like was the colour of water in the pool, it’s white, you can’t see the bottom even at 1m deep

Exceptional service and very friendly customer service from doorman, janitor, receptionists that makes you feel at home. Especially, Mrs. Kiểu is very helpful and reliable to advise for staying, eating out and tour. Thanks all a lot

Nice hotel right on the sandy beach. Buffet breakfast was lots of variety of English & Vietnamese food. We had dinner here which as customised to our taste and the chef as so helpful and nice. Receptionist staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A good breakfast buffet, with various Asian and Western options. Great staff, great location, great view, everything great. The rooms are a little dated, but very comfortable.

The conveyor toaster in the breakfast area has been broken/malfunctioning for at least 2 months now.....I pointed this out to the staff repeatedly....... As of yesterday, no remedial action had been taken...... Power outlets in the room. They are hard to find and hard to reach.....plugging in the water kettle or the laptop charger demanded acrobatics from this 60 year old......Easy solution: The hotel should buy multi-outlet electrical cords and place the outlets on top of the work desk..... No more crawling under the desk for me ;-)
