Location

Money was stolen from my room. Both the management and the security staff avoided addressing the situation, refusing to review either the security cameras or the door's electronic key log. They simply stated that they bear no responsibility. As first-time international tourists in Colombia, this will be our first and last time staying at any property within the Tequendama chain. The situation was handled so poorly that I was forced to involve the police. UPDATE (June 1): I checked out this morning. Neither the manager nor the head of security showed up to address the matter, and the hotel failed to offer even a basic apology. They continue to strictly limit their response to claiming they are not responsible. Me robaron dinero de la habitación. La gerencia y seguridad se escondieron, se niegan a revisar las cámaras ni el registro de la tarjeta de la puerta. Dicen que ellos no se hacen responsables, somos turistas de otro país primera vez en Colombia y primera y última vez en algún hotel de la cadena Taquendama. Tuve que llamar a la policía. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Junio 1, Hice checkout esta mañana, ni el gerente ni el jefe de seguridad dieron la cara, ni una simple disculpa por parte del hotel, solo se limitan a decir que no se hacen responsables.
