To start, the place does not have laundry facilities on-site. They also do not provide do not disturb signs so their is no privacy. The worst thing though was they have the showers on a separate water line. So while your faucet will get hot, the shower never will. You will be lucky to get the shower to over 80 degrees. But even if you do it goes from hot to cold every other minute. The room overall was really nice. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. You could still hear the train at night but nothing like the other motels on the street. You can actually sleep. Don't bother making a reservation online because they will never be able to find it and yes, you will get your cash deposit back.

It was great.

Unfortunately the outlets on the nightstand did not work. It was hard to change our devices. Other than that it was great

The woman staff member that works in the mornings is very rude.

They ask for a $60. Cash deposit on check in. They’ll make you go across the street to an atm machine located in a convenience store. They couldn’t find my reservation. If any hotels require cask only deposits it should be stated on the properties advertised deals. So I spent more money and went someplace else

Mattresses were COVERED IN PLASTIC which was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE TOWELS WERE EXTREMELY OUTDATED AND OLD.(gross) Bathroom was smelling not good and feeling dirty Bugs all over the room. Second mention to MATTRESS COVERED IN PLASTIC both BEDS

Bath towels were very small.

I got robbed by expedia and never got my room. Im trying for days to get my money back.

The stay was good the reservation was messed up by hotels .com and it took over an hour to get into the room we paid for room was clean and nice only issue was the pot smoking going on in the room underneath us it made our room smell

The room was perfect the only thing i didnt like was the fact that a deposit wasnt discused on the app.

It was ghetto, i left 20 minutes after i got there..the outside is a dump.
