Sonata City Hotel

The location of the hotel was good.

The room was cleaned one once throughout our 7days stay. We couldn't access the private balcony to our room, because according to the staff, the handle was broken and door cannot open, hence we where only restricted to our room It was very bad value for money.

Large room with a sofa. Balcony with a small table. Gorgeous bathroom. Everything was provided, including towels and shower gel. Plenty of plugs. Quiet.

Could have used a lift... I'm lazy

Spacious room and good location

The staff informed we could leave our luggage in the property after our check out but the day after noone was there 🤷🏻

The location is convenient, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

The guest kitchen is out of service, very dirty, there was a fridge but also out of service.

very basic and feel it was overpriced, tv didn’t work, plug sockets hanging out of the wall, wasn’t very clean and nobody came to clean or empty the bins and we stayed 4 nights, would not stay again, curtains would not close properly

Staff very friendly

Bed wasn't comfortable, all my skin with allergy and itching, the bed mattress must have had mites or insects,

I liked the rooms sofa and the balcony. The size of the room is also great, i expected a smaller room but it was great. Staff was also really nice and checking in was fast and easy

The heating was broken and on full power the entire time. We melted every time we entered the room and opening the windows only helped a little. It was acceptable for one night though.
