Nos dijeron que nos habían subido a Junior King. El baño no tenía puerta. La regadera estaba taoada. La reportamos y siguió igual. El domingo último estaba lavándome los dientes en doble lavabo. Se tapó y de repente se empezó a desbordar el otro con mucha suciedad. Solicitamos algo accesible xq caminamos con bastón y la sala tenía escalones sin ninguna protección. SIMPLEMENTE ESTE NO ES UN HOTEL PARA ADULTOS MAYIRES O CON DISCAPACIDAD. Con el oretexto de ser muy ecológico calientan la alberca con oanel solar no suficiente. Así el agua está fría.
