We enter to the room and my husband stepped in a piece of glass in the floor. The manager came to us and apologized. They cleaned the room but it was still little pieces of glass on the floor. The beds and pillow not confortables at all. The restaurant could be much better. They run out of most of the dishes. The service is Ok they are nice but could be Muuuch better. Needs attention to detail and still very basic little things to be a luxury hotel.
This is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved the place; the rooms are really nice, the staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious. We also had a massage, which was very relaxing and a complete full body treatment for 50 minutes. The free activities are incredible as well; they offer gong sound healing and yoga sessions (holy moly, it was amazing!). I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a space to relax and feel peaceful.

NO HOT WATER, nothing but ice-cold showers all 4 days. Stark awkward room, furniture, bed, all comparable to a 3-star hotel in the U.S.

Están muy lindos los jardines del hotel. Locura para mujeres en tacones, caminas por un empedrado desde que dejas tu coche hasta llegar a recepción y luego a la habitación, así que solo recomiendo el hotel si vas en plan wellness para quedarte en el spa y desconctarte un fin de semana. Nosotros fuimos a una boda cercana y sí esta complicada esa travesía en tacones. Viernes y sábado por la noche lleva tapones para oídos porque hay fiestas alrededor y se escucha demasiado ruido. La comida del restaurante esta bien presentada pero en sabor nada espectacular. Considero costosa la noche en este hotel.
