La limpieza de la habitación muy deficiente, las cortinas terribles, cuando llegamos la habitación que reservamos no la tenían disponible nos quisieron dar una de mucho menor valor sin retorno del dinero, al final nos dieron dos habitaciones básicas y nos quedamos pero me molestó mucho que no nos dieron lo que reservamos

Beautiful place! Lovely room. Only problem was they had a system problem and had no hot water for 2 days. Things can happen but they always kept telling us 30 min. No credits, no anything.
