"Excellent"

The room lacked a micro wave but had a fridge. TV service was very weak. The room and hotel were cold all the time. Breakfast was excellent.

"Relaxing adventure"

If you love nature, there are lots of thing to do around the hotel grounds and more around Cerro Punta Town. People are very friendly. The Staff at the restauran are so nice. Thanks to Josefina.

Este Hotel tiene instalaciones de gran calidad, a pesar de cierre por 2 años en pandemia se mantienen bastante bien. Lo han rehabilitado y se ve un enorme esfuerzo del personal para que todo sea de alta calidad. La comida del restaurante sigue siendo rica.

"Ideal para vacaciones en familia "

Todo el hotel es muy agradable y cómodo. Lo único deficiente es la atención en el restaurante, son muy lentos y no sirven agua, siempre hay que pedirla. De igual forma pueden mejorar el desayuno buffet más variedad y calidad de los alimentos sería lo aconsejable.

Das Hotel und der Park sind sehr gepflegt, mit eigener Forellenzucht. Essen und Frühstück hat hervorragende Qualität, nur guten Wein gibt es keinen und auch keine Auswahl. Das Innenschwimmbad war eine Enttäuschung und in keinem guten Zustand. Keine Handtücher, auch nicht auf Nachfrage, keine Liegen, Stühle sind voller Vogelkot. Whirlpool war nicht befüllt.

The staff is lovely! The grounds are lovely! We booked an extra night upon check in, and they upgraded us to a fabulous king suite, with one of the best beds we've ever had! The food was mediocre, the internet was poor, but that seems to be common in many Panama hotels. We loved it and highly recommend thia hotel!
