Couldn't get late checkout so we had to waste time before the gymnastics competition which tired the athletes. Breakfast was cold. Ac didn't work well Not enough towels in the room for # of guest listed on reservation. No towels in pool area

"Not perfect, but almost"

Really enjoyed my 1 night stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and quiet. The bed was excellent - great sleep. The staff was professional and welcoming. The breakfast was good - not a ton of options, but what was offered was top notch. A couple of tiny things that, if fixed, would have made the stay perfect. First off, the Wi-Fi was out and no employee seemed to be concerned about that - "It happens from time to time" was the response. Said that sometimes it comes back - never did. For a hotel this size (40+ rooms) there was only one luggage cart. Needless to say, it was unavailable when leaving in the morning. That should be an easy fix - get a couple more. Lastly, only 1 ice machine in the whole place. Again - no ice in the morning. That, too, is an easy fix. Other than those tiny, inconvenient but not soul-killing, I highly recommend one stay at this hotel if they are looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

"Good, positive, except no wifi."

free breakfast, very clean rooms, the staff members were all really nice and wonderful. we got a free upgrade to a suite as well.

Wifi was not working, and it was not fixed within the 3 days we were there. There seemed to be no urgency to fix it either. I really needed the wifi to work remotely this week so this was disappointing.

Overall the stay was fine. It was clean. Beds were clean. Free breakfast til 10am. Employees are wonderful.

The WiFi wasn’t working. There were burns in the floors and on the tub. Pool was a little cloudy. Other than that no complaints.
