Location was close to where I needed to be

NO WIFI? I was not told before reserving that there was no WiFi. The refrigerator was broken. Lost food I put in there. The desk staff put my key for 2 days instead of 3 nights so from the 3rd floor my husband had to run downstairs to get the keys updated and he had to wait till the desk staff was don’t with other customers and made our take out food cold by the time we got in our room. I would like money back from this reservation. I’ll be sure to write this on yelp. Customers need to know these facts.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and well taken care of.

Hall ways were dirty, out dated for the price. Never used pool, wouldnt use it.
