Lotion and shampoo dispensers provided didn't work. 2 lights in bathroom were out and hadn't been replaced. There was one very small bar of soap.

The room was not real clean.

I stayed in the king room with whirlpool tub the tub was amazing and the bed was comfortable the room was clean except no laundry bag and some trash under the desk that was missed

The breakfast had no meat no sausage eggs nothing only waffle machines and bread options

The woman who checked us in was helpful and polite.

The room smelled like smoke. We opened the windows and doors but couldn’t clear the smoke smell. The front desk was able to give us a different room. She was sympathetic and understanding.

Waffles were good.

No decaf coffee except instant and that was unacceptable. Regular coffee was horrible. Breakfast choices were very limited and the Oatmeal had to much water added. We heard complaints from Other diners as well and one did door dash.

Breakfast was OK. Location is good for getting off and on the hwy

Elevator that works. Working hair dryer. Hot water! Walk in shower for accessibility.

Close to eat places and cluggys for fun.

Well y room was not cleaned. Found used clothes in the dresser and they werent ours. And a sock in the closet in room. So not sure if the staff half asses the cleaning of the rooms or what. I dont know if my sheets were ever chamged since the room still had clothes in there.
