Very friendly and helpful front desk

The entire staff were amazing. The location is great and you can snorkel right from the property. The rooms were well kept and clean. Very tranquil. Highly recommend.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I emailed to confirm that I will have 2 queens and recived a confirmation. There are no queen rooms in the hotel. The refused to refund the 200 dollars difference from double beds. Also, they lie in the description, a lot. There are no bike rentals at the property. Hot tub is cold and so is the pool. Free breakfast is good but you have to wait to be seated and wait for buffet to be refilled. Floating deck is only for adults. And be ready to pay 5 dollars for a bottle of water at the restaurant.

I keep coming back because it’s such a great place. Love the food, the ambiance, the activities, the view, everything is great!

Everyone who worked here was so friendly and kind ! Our room was so cute and had the most beautiful ocean view ! The pool and lounge beds were amazing. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and we were sad to leave !

This was my second time staying at this property and you can see some things that are growing in more need of repair. The food on the menu clearly tries to be healthy but the choices are not real appealing to everyone. The free breakfast is for sure nothing to write about except the presentation. I ordered an omelette with bacon and the bacon inside smelled not only old but was barely cooked. The pancakes I felt were a safer option. Rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. Balcony was great and nice to have a fridge even though we didn’t use anything in it. The worst part is the area off the elevator that connects to the building. There is a short ramp walkway with some stripping on it that leads downhill but when it rains it’s not covered and gets soaking wet. Completely hazardous and I saw someone fall which I’m sure was terrifying. The food we ordered at lunch was so little and the guac came with 4 tortilla shells that were very stale. I’m just really disappointed that things were not better and with all the choices of places to stay in Cozumel something needs to happen if this place wants to have returning guests

El Hotel es realmente muy bonito. El cuatro con vista al mar es lo más! Todas las piletas y la conexión directa al mar es un 1000! Lo único que critico como absurdo es parte del desayuno incluido. Los dos primeros días me sirvieron frutas pan y mermelada en porciones tan diminutas que parecía un chiste. Tan poco inteligente porque te desmotiva a comer en el Hotel. Deberían ofrecer estas cosas básicas en forma de Buffet ya que son todas cosas poco costosas. Y además tienen un mozo muy desagradable que hace tu desayuno desmotivador. El último día cambió el jefe de cocina y la experiencia y sus porciones mejoraron terriblemente. Con muy pocos cambios podría ser Perfecto Otra cosa que no me gustó es que según Expedia debía pagar solo 5 dólares en el Hotel y me cobraron 25 dólares. Estuve en 5 hoteles diferentes en México y este fue el único que no conocidió con lo que decía Expedia que debería pagar.
