Horrible room, looks like a prison cell. You can’t call the pillow a pillow, too thin. Room is noisy. Interior looks like a garden set. Restaurant food is tasteless, don’t order the curry. It’s not a curry. Waiter is frustrated and we had to wait for our drinks for a long time. Breakfast although is good.

Light and shadow. Three colleagues and I paid the same money for very different hotel rooms. Positive: exiting because you don‘t know what you’ll get. Negative: it could be an old 80th room in more or less poor condition. The breakfast was good and parking is free. And you will get to the highway within 10minutes. Good luck ;)

Accustomed rooms with a corresponding smell. During the fair a fabulous 261 Euros were only charged for the overnight stay. Free drinks are handed to the hotel guests at the reception desk. Never again!

I had researched the hotel on Tripadvisor and was clearly disappointed when I arrived. The price was outragous (Hannover fair) but in previous years I have ar least found functional and clean hotel rooms during the fairs. The room was very small, outdated, hot, and neither comfortable nor practical.

Small foyer was pleasant and function area but that's where it ends. No lift. Carpet in hallway looked second hand and not laid properly. Room was disappointing-stucco walls with metal cupboard( looked like retrieved from a nazi barracks). Curtains falling down and weird chilli lamp bumped head each time I wanted to charge phone. Another weird decorative piece hanging on curtains. One free drink offered in restaurant next door -no free water or coffee available. Restaurant next door was good & liked the breakfasts but stay was overly expensive for the state of the room & distance from any tourist sites. One recepttionist said iron could be provided, another the next morning said iron not available?! Anna from Australia.

Readers I am going to try and be objective so this review gets published but please take a moment to sense my frustration, feeling of being robbed and make really sure you understand what you are booking..... Hotel rooms in Hannover were tight because of a show but, i needed to stay. My admin booked this hotel off the web. Nice pictures, looked clean and comfortable but the prices was horrendous. Eu390 for a night excluding breakfast. I arrive late and got pointed in the direction of my room..... Was i expecting The Ritz? - no. Was i expecting a good room for EU390? - yes. What i was put in was nothing short of daylight robbery..... The room was ~3m x 3m. The furniture was old with surfaces scratched up. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor had stuck down vinyl like a 1930 kitchen or a hospital toilet, the towels in the bathroom were tiny, the room had no decor, the walls were painted rough plaster, there was no bottled water, no toiletries....... truthfully...... it was the single worst room I have stayed in during 25 years if worldwide travel. I imagine that a prison cell is larger and more comfortably furnished and decorated. I have visited some of the worlds poorest countries and this ranks at the top of my list of 'don't ever do it again' places. IF YOU NEVER LISTEN TO ANYTHING EVER AGAIN - LISTEN TO THIS - DO NOT PAY ANYMORE THAN 75Euro PER NIGHT FOR THIS HOTEL AND DO NOT HAVE THE MISFORTUNE TO SPEND MORE THAN 1 UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT HERE.
