Alkalmazottak kedvessége, segítők észsége. A tisztaság, a rend.

A reggeli egy kicsit egysíkú, minden reggel pontosan ugyanaz a menü. A külső teraszon a reggelizőket letámadják a galambok, amelyek nagyon agresszívak. Ez egy egyszerű nagylukú hálóval orvosolható lenne.

Sehr gute Lage an der Promenade Opatijas. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sauber. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ideal, um einige erholsame Tage in Opatija zu verbringen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel Kristal jedem empfehlen, der eine hervorragende Lage direkt am Meer und einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Opatija sucht.

Nice, well equipped hotel in the centre of Opatija. There is large indoor pool and beach deck available. Rooms are nice, staff is kind and breakfast good.

The parking at the hotel is complicated - you can either choose public parking spots in front of the hotel or parking garage nearby.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean. Also breakfast was great with lot of food to choose. We had very nice time.
