Website says continental breakfast which there was not. We asked to extend our stay by one night, she stated there were 11 available rooms, but wasn’t willing to accommodate a reasonable price for the additional night. Weather wasn’t in our favor and we would have enjoyed trying one more day, but not for the price offered. Facilities smelled heavily like marijuana

"Clean rooms and clean bed!!!"

Room was clean smelled like Clorox.Tight across the road from the beach and a restaurant.Good location with affordable stay.Atmosphere was good we were on the 5th floor .Pool on 3rd floor. Good value for price.Noise level was low,Service was easy and convenient.Ice cream shop on the premises.

"The stay"

I liked the location and the staff was nice

Room 219 had mold on the ceiling and the toilet leaked. They came and fixed but after he fixed it it leaked worse and smelt like pee and poop in the room The other room 220 we had it was good nothing wrong with it

"Overall, this hotel is great for a budget family vacation."

The highlights of this place are it's location, Del's ice cream being essentially attached to the property, it was moderately clean & the property itself is fairly quiet at night.

I wish they would deep clean the rooms, as ours had these weird rusty colored spots all over the ceiling in every single room. And that they'd clean the floors a bit better during their daily clean, but they do leave you enough towels to just use a few small ones and "dust/mop" all our sand so we wouldnt go crazy.

"Overall if we didn’t have bugs and dirty bathroom it was ok."

Good location, staff friendly

The room wasn’t cleaned well the toilet was dirty, water standing in the floor, there were roaches crawling on the bed.
