Snídaně na kategorii hotelu podprůměrná Pokoje celkem vybydlené,zastaralé, je vidět, že za poslední dlouhou dobu tam nebyla žádná investice Úklid pokoje probíhal až mezi 4.30-5.30 což je značně nekomfortní , pokud jste na pláži , tak nelze vyměnit plážové ručníky. Povlečení po prosbě bylo vyměněno za 13 dní pouze jednou :((((

We loved, loved the place, simply paradise for the four times we have been there, when it was managed by Luciano. This time the management changed, and we won’t go back - we don’t put a lower rate because the beach is beautiful and the restaurant staff is really nice and friendly. Other than that, it is easy to tell the main focus is to save money. They had in the past three different restaurants, now they closed the beautiful one at the beach, they kept just two but with one menu/kitchen only. No service at the beach as in the past. And no lifeguard was in service, as it used to be. Months before arriving and shortly before, we’ve requested to have the same room where we stayed in the past. They simply didn’t bother and we were given another room. One receptionist was particularly rude, not looking at us for the whole holiday as we dared asking for our beach towels to be changed daily. We asked for an extra one but we were told it was not possible.

The beach remains absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant staff are genuinely kind and friendly. The natural setting is still stunning.

We had stayed here four times previously when the hotel was managed by Luciano, and it truly felt like paradise. Unfortunately, since the management changed, the overall standards and atmosphere have clearly deteriorated. It now feels like cost-cutting has become the priority. What used to be three restaurants has been reduced to two, with only one shared menu and kitchen. The beautiful beachfront restaurant has been closed. There is no longer beach service, and surprisingly, no lifeguard on duty — both services that were previously available. Months before arrival and again shortly before our stay, we requested the same room we had stayed in during past visits. Our request was simply ignored, without explanation, and we were assigned a different room. The most disappointing part of our stay was the reception experience. One receptionist was consistently rude, avoided eye contact throughout our holiday, and appeared to deliberately ignore us. She was constantly on the phone. Asking to have our beach towels changed daily seemed to irritate her, and when we politely requested one additional towel, we were told it was not possible — without any effort to assist or find a solution. We are truly saddened to see a place we once loved decline like this. Because of the changes in service and attitude, we will not be returning.
