A great room, courtesy of free upgrade. Very centrally located, close to Rundle Mall and Railway station. Toiletries in dispensers rather than single use packs.

TV and a/c not working on second day. No ABC when it did work.

Great location in heart of city. Very efficient and speedy lift service. Reception staff very friendly. Great view from my two windows out along Hindley St.

No ABC service at all, common to other places as well apparently. Soap etc dispensers needed to be filled and no shampoo provided to go with conditioner.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a discount for parking across the road. The room had everything that I required.

There is absolutely nothing that the hotel could do about it but as the room was facing Gilbert Place, there was quite a bit of noise from the pub across the street which kept me awake for a while - but not your fault at all!
