Room a little dated but still great value for the money

Location wasnt far to where we needed to go. Receptionist was kind and respectful.

Extremely disappointing stay. We originally had to upgrade to a family room because the sofa bed in our booked room wasn’t even made up properly on arrival. To make matters worse, there was no running hot water for the entire weekend, meaning myself and my 4 friends were unable to shower during our stay. When I requested a partial refund due to the lack of basic facilities, it was declined with no real attempt to resolve the issue. In Australia, accommodation providers are expected to provide basic services such as functioning hot water, and if a major facility isn’t available for the duration of your stay, consumers can seek remedies under Australian Consumer Law, but I will not take it that far. On top of that, their flimsy room key snapped during normal use and they refused to return our $200 security bond or compensation for inconvenience. A room key should not break from something as minor as scratching a lotto ticket. Overall, poor maintenance and no accountability for the inconvenience caused.

Step from bedroom to bathroom. Got me twice. Bathroom sink was a bit ranky

Can get a little loud, thin walls so couod hear people in the hallways and the plumbing can make a strange noise.
