friendly staff, comfortable bed

bed heads were a bit flimsy and creaky when moving around, walked into room and sink was dirty looked like saliva or something else in the sink, only given a half roll of toilet paper

"Great location but noisy"

The location was fantastic, however, Hindley St is very noisy particularly in the evening and the windows in the hotel were not double glazed. Plenty of restaurants nearby and if you need a massage - there is plenty of choice!

The bathroom was partly renovated. The door wouldnt close properly which meant steam could escape into the main room and set off the fire alarm. There is a warning notice on the bathroom door that residents would be charged if the fire alarm activated.
