Extremely clean and staff were very attentive at all times. Really happy with the location and the assistance given by the lobby staff. The manager was also extremely kind in preparing our breakfast to go when we were rushing to the airport! Excellent stay overall.

"Pathetic old hotel"

Pathetic old hotel which has been poorly refurbished. Touted as a 4 star hotel but the amenities do not show it at that level. Very simple and cheap chattels and furniture. Basic amenities like a tissue box or a writing pad were not provided. The bath shower cubicle was shaking when we were having a bath. The air-con was not working on a very hot day. The staff exchanged our room but the second room also had problems with the aircon and the door could not be locked, so we were then put into a 3rd room which had a better air conditioner. There were other guests in the hotel who were also complaining about the maintenance of locks etc. The breakfast was very simple with not many options that you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The only upside was that the staff were very nice and friendly.

Very pleasant stay. The rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good. Swam in the pool every day. The pool is well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided free bicycles. To the old town is 2.8km easy level ride and about a 1km easy ride to the beach. Basically the kids, my wife and I loved the hotel. Strongly recommended

No shuttle buses mon to thur. Out of way location wise .just over 2 km to nearest beach not the nicest of beaches..
