Me encanto la atención del personal y la limpieza de las habitaciones y de el hotel en general, las hermosas vistas de su jardín.

Breakfast was very good with a white variety of options. both restaurants also had great food for lunch and dinner.. La Hacienda is a very nice a restaurant for dinning , with great food The hotel is anHistoric building with nice facilities and a great locating walking distance or a very short taxi ride to downtown which only cost around one dollar to get to,.

I love the hotel’s Durango hacienda style with all the accommodations of modern hotels. The restaurants are top of the line and delicious. I prefer this hotel over all other hotels in Durango and I recommend it all the time.

"Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised."

Nice colonial building and lovely garden and pool. Really good food in their restaurants.

Very noisy hotel, not good if you want to rest as the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people coming and going at all hours of day/night. Unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff.
