L'emplacement de l’hotel a proximité du centre ville.

Séjour d'une nuit après plusieurs jours sur le GR20. L'accueil m'a malheureusement laissé un goût amer. Il est interdit de monter les sacs de randonnée dans les chambres, même lorsqu'ils sont propres. Après avoir lavé l'ensemble de mes affaires, on m'a tout de même demandé de laisser mon sac au garage et de ne monter qu'avec un sac plastique contenant le strict nécessaire. Cette règle n'est pas clairement indiquée lors de la réservation et mériterait d'être précisée sur Booking afin d'éviter les mauvaises surprises. Au-delà de la règle elle-même, c'est surtout la manière dont elle m'a été annoncée, devant d'autres clients, qui m'a semblé peu agréable et assez irrespectueuse. Concernant le stockage des sacs, ceux-ci sont laissés dans une pièce accessible à plusieurs personnes, sans réel système de sécurisation, ce qui est peu rassurant lorsque l'on transporte son équipement de randonnée. La chambre était correcte dans l'ensemble, mais plusieurs points de propreté sont à revoir : couverture présentant une brûlure de cigarette, traces de savon et salissures dans la salle de bain, taches de rouille au sol, ainsi que des prises et interrupteurs sales. C'est dommage, car après plusieurs jours de marche, on recherche avant tout un accueil chaleureux, du confort et de la sérénité.
