"Excellent"

Check in staff was very very professional, friendly and accommodating. He answered questions about the area, was knowledgeable about the area and offered helpful information about avoiding traffic. At check out the FDA was equally friendly and professional. I will be staying here when I come to the area again.

The low toilet was difficult to get off of as I have bad knees. Updating them would be helpful. The pillows although multiple ones on the bed look inviting are not comfortable to sleep on.

Breakfast was great, many options pancake machine was a huge plus!

I’m a big coffee person in the morning. I just didn’t particularly like the way the coffee machine works. I prefer a brewed cup of coffee they just didn’t have that machine working in the breakfast area. Just a picky thing on my part that’s all.

Very clean, very friendly, housekeepers do an outstanding job. Full breakfast and saltwater pool are two great perks. Highly recommend

"Had a lovely stay at the Seekonk Best Western hotel -would highly recommend it!!"

Delighted to find this hotel, as it was fairly close to the East Providence RI performance we attended. Hotel in RI we’re really high-so this was a much better price point for us retired folk. lol.

It was a bit older-but frankly it was clean, comfy, great location and price !

"Exceptional"

Very nice hotel. Comfy beds. Good location. Not far from Newport and Cape Code. Close to gas stations, Walmart, Target and Outback. OK breakfast. Didn't have time to check the pool.

No beacon at breakfast. A bit noisy aircon. Windows not openable.

"Decent hotel but need better customer w"

It was clean but I asked for early check in 2:00pm and they told me fine but got to hotel at 1;30 and they charge me 25:00 for a early check in

That they charge me an extra 25:00 am had to pay because I was going to a wedding

Exceptionally clean. Had Gluten free options for breakfast including toast and English muffins. Huge shout out for you for GF options. Food above average. Staff really nice.

Price was a bit much. Not sure why it was 3 different prices for 3 different days. 1 day should not be double of the last one. I would understand better if you only booked 1 day.
