"Excellent"

The good. Room was clean. Quiet location. I pine the wise counter in the bathroom so you can keep all your toiletries. Water pressure was good in the shower. Drained fast. Location was convenient for me. Lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Friendly staff. Price is reasonable. The OK: Breakfast is just fair. Gym is basic. Only 1 washer and dryer in the laundry. Oh, the price for Saturday night tripled to around 385 dollars! Wonder why...

The customer service and amenities were good. However , the hotel needs new carpets and the place could use some new curtains and shower curtains. Both bed and pillows were too soft. Thanks

I’ve been to this property before and it wasn’t as bad as this time. Breakfast was extremely limited. There was nothing there and had to take my young son out for breakfast the first morning. The send morning was the same. I noticed other guest scraping the bottom of the pan for eggs. And so for a hotel that says their breakfast is complementary, it wasn’t there. The one night thing that happened was my son and I lift the room WITH the do no disturb sign on the door. Not only did they enter my room but while “cleaning”, they through out the untouched lunch I bought for my son and I. I had to yet again go out to get lunch for the two of us. I’m so angry, but kept it together. I am done with this property. Never again!

Great for a quick stay. Shopping, activities and food are really close and convenient. They have a nice breakfast included and an indoor pool. Great time for kids.

The toilet was clogged and the front desk staff was asking me to unclog it myself. When I told her it should be hotel's responsibility, she said there was no maintenance currently and she would have done it for me, but she was busy now with attitude. This is so unprofessional. How can they ask a custom who just checked in to unclog the toilet for them???
