Close to everything and good value and the valet people where good

Our door handle/lock didn’t work very well. No fan or vent in bathroom Loud street noise

I liked the breakfast

The valet parking was terrible and expensive

Pretty much everything.

The shower head was terrible, no pressure.

The hotel was close to the harbor, which was convenient. One lady at the front desk was very kind and offered us discounted tickets for the Aquarium, which we appreciated.

The check-in experience could have been better, as the receptionist on duty at the time did not make much effort to communicate clearly. The biggest issue was the noise from nearby nightlife venues, which made it very difficult to sleep at night. Breakfast was very basic, with no fresh options, so missing it on our last morning because it closed earlier than expected did not feel like a great loss.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my family. However at the point of reservation payment was advised to be made at the property but was debited immediately i presented my details online.
