The hotel is old and aristocratic, it has historical value, I liked how the common areas and gardens are maintained, the location and neighborhood, the views

First, the staff was quite cold and unfriendly, especially in the lobby bar, Second the room was not as I expected, it smelled old and… my sheets were more than old and torn... they don't allow this even in three-star hotels:(with a sign posted..., please do not disturb - they entered my room - that was not at all correct, to invade my personal space…
